PASTORS LARRY AND TERA WHITED
Larry and Tera Whited serve as our lead pastors here at Gold Valley Church of God of Prophecy. Pastor Larry also serves as the Rocky Mount District Supervisor. They previously served in central Ohio where they ministered for over 25 years in many different capacities, the last 12 years as Senior Pastor. Larry is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God of Prophecy.
The Whiteds have been married for 30 years and have two children. Christian is married to Abigail and they serve as Lead Pastors at Elm City Church of God of Prophecy. Hannah serves here at Gold Valley on the A/V team.
Larry and Tera’s heart is discipleship. They are passionate about seeing people come to Christ and then blossoming into all that the Lord has destined them to become.
The Whiteds love the outdoors. You can find them looking for the beach, the woods or a new fishing spot.
They are excited serving alongside the saints of Gold Valley Church as well as getting to know the people that call this area home.
